World-Famous Memphis BBQ Chain Propels Growth with New Location
HOUSTON, February 5, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Corky’s BBQ, one of Memphis’ leading national barbecue chains, will open its newest location in Katy, Texas on Wednesday, Feb. 6. The new restaurant, located on 20455 Katy Freeway, is the first to open in the state of Texas.
Corky’s BBQ is owned and operated by resident entrepreneurs Bruce Gingrich and Andria Cain.

Corky’s world-famous barbecue meals include mouth-watering slow cooked ribs cooked over hickory and charcoal basted in the signature Corky’s BBQ sauce, brisket cooked to perfection, succulent pulled pork, and chicken chock full of flavor. In addition to their acclaimed meat plates, they offer a number of delicious sides including BBQ beans, coleslaw, southern green beans, and mac & cheese. There is also a wonderful range of homemade dessert favorites including fudge pie, pecan pie, brownies, and peach cobbler. The full-service bar offers 20 beers on tap and over 50 plus premium bourbons.
The restaurant is open seven days a week. Hours include 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Friday through Saturday.
